From 21st until 30th of April 2008, those who wish to participate can join by following the requirements and answer the form found below. By May 2008, the voting of the qualified participants will begin.

Voting Ends: May 14, 2008 (00:10 PHT)

1. You must have a website, it can be a blog, a personal site and so on.
   MySpace, Friendster, and Multiply and other Social Networking Sites is not included. Sorry.
